“The rubber ''O'' ring is fine and does what it should do. The main problem i had was the packing which caused a problem with the delivery. Would be more helpful if the seal was supplied with the filters as they fail after changing the filters a number of times.”

“I refit a new O-ring at each filter change, lubricated with plumbers' grease. Good fit, no leaks experienced. Rapid courier delivery - 2-days from placing order.”

“There was an o-ring missing from a filter. I contacted Osmio and they out one in the post the same day. Royal Mail lost it and Osmio got one couriered out next day. This is the third time I have bought a filter system from Osmio, always a great service and very knowledgeable with great product recommendations. I would thoroughly recommend.”
