“thank you for the nasal cannula recently purchased from yourselves. i find it is nicer to use than the previous one supplied. the plastic from which it is made is softer and more supple and is therefore ls less likely to kink. it was easy to order online and arrived quickly.”

“Works as expected. Must bear in mind not to push it on too firmly. I had to get a younger friend to remove my cannula because the guy who set it up for me pushed it on too hard. You do actually mention this in your installation instructions but with so much to learn old plonkers like me forget.”
