I had been in significant pain for two years prior to purchasing these boxer shorts and they now allow me to carry out heavy work. I have also found that since I have been wearing these shorts that my hernia is less pronounced even when I am not wearing them.

Best hernia boxers I've purchased ,they give you total support and although you to get on with your day without any discomfort . I advise to buy next size up as they are a little tight . Would be nice if there was a discount if you were to buy multiple pairs otherwise they can be expensive .
