This blind really is a magical addition to a room. A beautiful pale grey star print in the daytime, when the lights are turned off at night the stars come to life and glow! Truly wonderful for a child's bedroom or even a funky addition to a bathroom or lounge.

In order for the stars to glow the ink needs to be 'charged up' by a light source for a little while. We recommend rolling the blinds down for 10-15 minutes before the lights are turned off to ensure a nice glow is achieved.

This black out roller blind is made from a heavy-weight fabric which is formed by 3 layers giving you full privacy and darkness for a good nightís sleep. This fabric is available to order on a made to measure basis, which is available at a maximum width of 2.8 metres with a maximum drop of 2.7 metres up to 1.9 metres wide or 1.7 metres over 1.9 metres wide. Made from 100% Polyester.

Sizing FAQ:

To order a recess size blind enter the wall to wall measurement at the smallest point of your window for for both width and drop. Our factory will make a small 0.5cm reduction to ensure your blind fits into this space.
An exact blind size is the finished blind size including brackets.
Fabric size is the size of the fabric part of the blind only. The finished blind will be 3.5cm wider than this to include for the brackets.
We will add enough fabric to the roll so that when the blind is fully extended the roller tube is still covered.
Please Note This blind is suitable for top fixing or face fixing only, it cannot be side fixed.

Ordered a much needed blackout blind and added a premium cassette for an extra £30 or so. When the blind arrived, despite giving exact measurements, the blind width was cut too wide and did not fit into the cassette (not even close). As we needed the blind I had to carefully cut and adjust the blind to enable it to fit into the cassette to make sure it was on my daughters window that day. Very frustrating that the team didn't even think to try and see if the blind fitted in the cassette before they put in a box and sent it to me?? As it would have been very obvious it was wider than the cassette. As the blind is now working (although very stiff to roll up and down) I then received an email from the company asking for feedback. I gave them the feedback about the incorrect measurements and what I had to do to make it fit (with no expectation) and the response I recieved basically said, that as I didn't take pictures of the blind before I cut it they couldn't help me and it voided any warranty and they can't accept any liability for the order being wrong. Very defensive and straight away pushing all responsibility elsewhere before I had even mentioned anything else! They then followed up with a copy of the warranty and rules. OK CALM DOWN!! haha. I am not going to come after you with a pitchfork, it was feedback, however, the fact that they jumped straight to this response rather than admitting a mistake in the first place is telling. ADVICE - If you pay a load extra for a cassette with a blind make sure it fits when you recieve it (as this company won't have done and would have just chucked it in a box and sent it) and if it doesn't fit,don't do anything and take pictures and return it, or alternative save yourself the hassle and use one of the many other online blind websites :)

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect measurements and the blind not fitting into the cassette as expected. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, especially when you urgently needed the blind for your daughter's window. As is usually the case with bespoke products any adjustments made by a third party voids the warranty as it stops the manufacturer from being able to confirm the error and resolve it, but regarding our response to your feedback we do apologize if it came across as defensive. Our intention was certainly not to avoid taking responsibility and apologise for any misunderstanding caused there. Just to explain, we request photos so that we can establish the errors and then correct them at our factory as we don't wish our customers to have to fix errors themselves - not only as they have paid for a correct product but as a safety measure as they may not have the equipment that would allow them to safely make their own adjustments. Your advice is greatly appreciated, and we want to assure you that we are taking your feedback seriously.
