“I was disappointed to only receive a hard copy certificate for £9.99. I would expect the transcript of studies in hard copy format to be included in that extra fee. I will not be paying another £9.99 to get a copy of the transcript of studies. In all, the extra fees (£9.99 x2) would cost as much as I paid for the cost of the course in the first place (£19.00). Unacceptable hidden costs in my opinion for a short course such as this.”
