“I have learnt a lot from mental health support which include how to treat someone with mental health problems without any judging, selecting the person with religion, culture or appearance. How to create a friendship with the person so that they can be open and talk a lot to get to the bottom of how their problem has started. How to make them feel appreciated and that they belong to the society. How to improve their health by making sure they take their medication at the right time. I learnt how the people with mental health are cared , their rights like everyone else and encouraging them them that they are very important to everyone”
