“Even though it said I could give this to employers to show I’ve took part in the course, it’s not a proper qualification and because of that I can’t give that to my employer or put it on my cv, felt like I wasted money and time. It also didn’t say level 3 when I signed up and I only found that out when the certificate turned up!”
