“The course was arranged in easy to follow modules enabling an obvious progression from one to another. However, I felt that there needed to be more BSL content. The signing examples included were often visually confusing and not easy to follow. Also, to complete the course you need to do a final assessment, however the link does not work. Despite informing Oplex over one week ago I am still waiting for advice on how to complete and receive my cpd L1 certificate.”
