“It was nice to receive a proper certificate, just unfortunate it cost so much. But it is a good job that I did because I didn't get the email one. Although pricy it arrived with 3 days of ordering”

“hi there i wrote to you last month about no having recived my hard copy certificate and how i was really hoping to recive my certificate before christmas witch should of been more than posssible to do seeing i orderd it on tth 13th december.. and u ensured it would be ther before christmas without any problemss.. well hear i am again now tellinin you agai. i still havent recived my hard copy yet.. i want to know what the problem is as ive already paid for it a month ago is it even gion to come??”
