“Hello Team. I have wrote on numerous occasions about a reply to a few questions I raised. Also I sent £9.99. for a hard copy certificate. I completed 3 courses in all, sent all Nos, & have recieved nothing. I cant quite understand what is happening but I cant say I am at all happy with this course type. I am prepared to loose £9.99 as I think I`d have just as much trouble getting a refund. I dont intend to write anymore as I`m sure i`m wasting my time.”
