“It has never arrived. I have the transcript for this course but the CERTIFICATE has never arrived ( I purchased both the certificate hard copy and the transcript copy. ) I have emailed you about it to confirm it was sent. I was told yes. Still is not here. (I already finished another course and both the transcript and certificate have arrived to me safe and sound. )”
