“I have learned a great deal from this which is not yet completed, in terms of the differences between leadership and management in terms of functions, roles and the traits which underpin the two concepts. I have discovered the key attributes which enable good leadership. How Leaders are not managers, they are inspirational and visionary which attach people to follow their goals and organisational objectives. I have not finished the course, but I am glad that I purchase it. I need to learn and gain skills and insights into both leadership and management.”
