“The first slide was too basic, very different from all pediatric courses I have undertaken. The other issue is , it is really is pointless to do a theory course and be asked to register for practicals to gain a full certificate. This simply means you still have to register for the whole 2 day training course and pay in full, so it is really a waste of time. I found it deceptive.”

“I needed to enhance my first aid knowledge to meet changes in requirements, and the paediatric first aid courses fitted the bill superbly. I did experience a slight hiccup when I entered the wrong email address, but I was able to telephone the op-ed office, and actually got to speak to a very helpful real person. Well done keep up the great work.”

“I really enjoyed this course because it covered a wide variety of illnesses and the first aid for unresponsiveness was brilliant. would definitely recommend and working with children well worth doing..”
