“I have had numerous courses from you, no problems, but my last 2 courses i paid for i have not been able to access, i have contacted you numerous times, to be told that you can see them on their, well im sorry but at my end i cant, so i dont think ill be buying anymore, which is a shame as im house bound and enjoy doing them!!”
