“Very disappointed by this course. Misled by the acronym HLTA into thinking it was an officially recognised qualification. It isn't, and I have wasted both time and money. And the course materials are appallingly written - poor grammar, spelling mistakes and often confusing language. Clearly no proof-reading checks before publication. I will not be using Oplex Careers for any future training.”

“The course content is good , however, there are a lot of grammatical and spelling errors which made it very difficult to read and understand. The end of module test was arranged wrongly ,you can find the questions of module 3 as the assignment of module 2. Wrote to Oplex careers and on checking it again , there are still errors all over the place. For me I was disappointed compare to the other courses oplex have provided.”
