“Whilst I am still in the process of completing the course what I can say so far is the unit chapters are useful and I already see where it will be of great use to me once I apply it to my TEFL online teaching. However one issue I would like to raise is the inability to download the units to read or reread if I need to refer back to a unit at my leisure. I find it most annoying that I always have to access this online and would like to suggest that in future the powers that be look into amending or improving this.”
