“This online course was quite basic. Most of the content seemed to based on common sense and I don't feel that I learned much at all. It was all quite generic and I feel that it would benefit from some links to other educational sites for practical exercises and elements that could be applied in the classroom. Having said this, it 'ticks a box' and is nice to have a certificate of achievement. I still feel that I would benefit from a more in depth course though.”

“Singed up and paid for the course on 28/8/22. Received login details on 20/9/22. But the 1 year expired on 28/8/23 before I did my exam. So I had to pay for an extension to do my exam. Even though the actual login was given in September! Also no notification of course expiring was sent, so I had no idea. Not fair organisation.very disappointing”
