The first piece came on time and with no problems the second piece was a nightmare, altered delivery dates - days taken off work and it not arriving- the warehouse having a stocktake for 2 weeks and my furniture stuck there . Not being able to change delivery dates even when they have let me down on numerous occasions and left me financially out of pocket.
Apparently the stock answer is we can’t do anything about it - I was seriously concerned at one stage I had been conned and would not get the order or a refund”
