“Very unhappy with this light. Photos don't actually show the pendant. We opened it to start fitting. What poor quality. Will not actually fit flush to the ceilling. Only one screw fitting to hold it in place. Messaged Online Lighting, they will only accept returns if you haven't tried to fit the light, but you cannot know about the issues until you try to fit it! Went to start filling in their returns form anyway, but it said my order did not exist. I've given up and gone to B and Q!”
