Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. All carriers faced considerable challenges this past Christmas season due to many more businesses using carriers instead of Royal Mail due to their strikes. The delivery network became extremely congested. We accept that delays occurred that were frustratingly out of our control. Every order which left us was monitored by a dedicated team on a daily basis without fail until delivery took place or other resolution was reached with the intended recipient. While we did request your parcel be returned to us it still has not arrived but obviously we processed your refund immediately as issues with carriers are our responsibility and not that of our customers.
