“After paying £250 for the 2 light fittings in September 2021, it was not until March 2022 that they arrived. This may have been beyond the company's control, they did not, however, either stay in regular contact and keep me informed nor apologise or offer any kind of discount or compensation. The lights themselves look slightly cheaper in real life than in the advertised picture and have some scuffs on the brass backing. On the whole not worth the adventure”

Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry you are disappointed. Unfortunately the delays were completely out of our hands and of course very frustrating for all concerned. The last thing we wish to do is disappoint our customers. We did however send a total of 13 emails to you in relation to delays, offering to cancel and refund if the situation was not acceptable to you. The first email was sent on 27th September at 14:38 and the last on 21st March at 15:06. There were also 11 emails in between. Not sure why you would not have seen these. I understand you have sent the product back and will be refunded in due course. The Customer Care Team
