“I am very pleased with my light, it looks beautiful. However, it did arrive with a few broken crystals, which seemed to be due to a rather mattered box I presume from transit. We managed to replace them with the spare crystals included with the light. After contacting Online lighting for replacements (so we still had spares) they sent out replacments the very next day.”
