“To be fair, the ceiling light was fine. Easy to fit and the ‘rise and fall’ works well. It was ordered using ‘Express Delivery’ with of course the additional cost. But express bit did not happen and the package was four days overdue. The packaging was miserable, and inadequate for purpose. No real care had been taken, so that the box had burst open during transit and the contents were rattling about freely. Additional padding to fill the void space in the box was useless and it was clear that the packer did not understand what was required to protect the merchandise.”
