“This product was very good and at a good price but I have marked down my rating because this was a replacement for a faulty similar item and the customer service was really poor in terms of handling the returns process. I was unable to speak to anyone in customer service, they ignored the content of my emails and asked for the same information multiple times. I asked for an exchange but without any explanation I got a credit and had to reorder.”
