“We waited six weeks for the lights to arrive. When they did arrive they are the wrong product and not what we ordered. Trying to get in touch with the company to organise a return is a nightmare, as you cannot phone them and they take 2-3 days to answer any emails. Once I got the return details I carefully entered the correct product code and it states it doesn't recognise my postcode to return £503 worth of lights. I will now have to wait another 2-3 days for someone to get back to me. I am not a happy customer and wish we had gone somewhere else.”
