“The lamp itself is good quality, well made and looks good. Unfortunately the delivery service has been abysmal. On 2 occasions when I've ordered light fittings, they have been delayed by as much as 3 weeks instead of the 2 to 3 days advertised. No tracking number given so no warning as to when items could arrive resulting in many wasted days waiting in for nothing. I think the company should reconsider who they use for the deliveries of their goods,”
