“Our first cap simply stopped tightening after several months. We hadn't lost the seal, no obvious damage, but we could pull the lid up after screwing it on and it leaked all the time. The second cap cracked in two. I screwed it on before school with no apparent damage, then got to school and there was the crack. I didn't want to try a new brand of bottle, as would then have to take this perfectly good bottle to the tip, but £17 on two replacement caps is a lot, especially as I fear for the life of our third cap (and could have bought a new bottle for the money!). Great bottle, but questionable cap and the irony of one green bottle, but three non-green caps is not lost on me.”
