“I love this bottle. I’ve been looking for one with a straw and can keep my drink cold. This is perfect. I drink so much more now with this bottle which is exactly what I hoped. I’m so glad I bought the 800ml bottle too, it encourages me to drink so much more with less refills. The Sloop I bought with it is so good and worth the extra cost!”

“Not so happy with this bottle, customer service were super helpful trying to resolve the problem sending new straws but disappointed that still not able to drink comfortably with this bottle. Unsure if a refund is possible.”

Sorry to hear you arent fully happy with your purchase. We have done a further random check on the straws and found they are the correct length. We hope you got the replacement straws we sent you and can use your bottle comfortably. Many thanks
