“The water bottle was a gift and I love it. An internal part of the cap broke after being dropped. Upon inspection, it appeared to be poorly put together with only a small part of plastic holding the screw mechanism to the rest of the lid. I found the website to be complicated to navigate to the replacement part section with no apparent product numbering or naming on the actual products, so you had to kinda guess. I emailed the helpline and the response was very quick, clear and helpful. The cost of mailing the replacement lid overseas seemed excessive, so I had it sent to a family member in the UK, who will send it. Summary is that I really like the bottle, which I was using but it seems very fragile for a "bottle for life". Website for replacement parts is a bit messy.”
