“Really disappointed - I bought this as the reviews were great and I wanted a ‘sport lid’ so I didn’t have to unscrew the lid to drink. The lid with the straw doesn’t work properly (like there is air getting in, so can’t drink from it) have emailed to complain and haven’t got a reply.”
