“Brilliant and super fast service. The replacement top for my bottle is even better than the original, the design having been modified slightly so there is a bigger space to get your fingers into the carrying slot. The flexible silicone straw supplied is also better than the original rigid one as it is longer and therefore it's possible to drink every last drop!”

“These are great and leak proof. The top is a little brittle (replacement for on that broke but we did drop it down some stairs) I didn’t need the straw that came with it so would appreciate an option to ask not to have this included.”

“The straws are different from the caps the bottles came with (they are much thinner- too thin, I'd say) and it's inconvenient to have mismatched bits and pieces. Also, the reason we got the caps was because of their handles, but they are quite uncomfortable with a sort-of sharp edge where you need to hold. Wish we'd just gotten the extra handle accessories instead and skipped the quench caps!”

“I have had my bottles for several years and I live that I can order a new lid and not have to order the whole thing again. I would also love if if you did an option without the straw as i don't use this and its a waste, still better than buying a new bottle each time though.”
