What would you rate our customer service?

“The bottle itself is great (leak proof, nice colour, keeps cool). However, the website advertises purchasing the matching sports cap when you buy this bottle, so I assumed it didn't come with this - it turns out it does, so I now have two caps. I also ordered a Sloop loop, which is advertised as fitting the Evolution bottles, but neither my partner or I could get it to fit onto the bottle.”

We apologise for any confusion regarding the sports cap. We understand that our website may have given the impression they needed to be purchased separately. Rest assured, all our bottles come with a sports straw cap included. We'll definitely take note of this and make the necessary changes to our website to avoid any further confusion in the future.
