“When looking for my travel system I had decided very early on this was the one for me, I recently purchased this travel system and I am in love with it i couldn’t be happier ! When it can to placing the order it was out of stock but could be placed through back order so I called the shop to ask how long, woman i spoke to didn’t know but got in touch with silvercross for me and then called me back. After placing the order about a week or so later and I hadn’t received any tracking information even though silver cross had said it would be the following week from ordering. Once again I called, I spoke to Rebecca I believe, she was very helpful and polite she explained that she was unable to tell me as my travel system was being shipped directly from Silver Cross themselves, however again like the other staff I had previously spoken to Rebecca went out of her way to contact Silver Cross and then email me to keep me in the loop. Unfortunately, Silver Cross we’re waiting for the car seat to come into stock and it wouldn’t be back in stock until the week or Christmas, I explained I was due early New Year, so it left a very short time for me to receive this regarding I didn’t go into labour early. Rebecca explained this to Silver Cross for me and they offered me a compatible car seat that still matches my prams design. I don’t think I can explain the happiness over receiving this travel system as I was very stressed when finding out how long it was going to be. But I am very pleased with the travel system itself and the customer service was amazing from Oliver’s and Silver Cross!! 110% recommend!!!”
