“I bought the silver cross form my 2 year old grandson as a second buggy it has hardly been used and the foot rest is snapped. It wasn’t the cheapest light weight buggy available around either. I have bought a lot of prams and buggy’s over the years for my own children and grandchildren but this has never happened before it’s a shame because the actual buggy is an ideal weight and size. Unsure who I contact regarding this”
