“There aren't many narrow fitting stair/pet gets available but this one is great. Very sturdy and smart looking. Next day delivery as standard and it arrived on Christmas Eve (no delays due to holidays). Very efficient online purchase.”

“I wanted 2 gates to fit my narrow stairs, two different sizes, for when my grandchildren are over. Ideally wanted to put them up and take down weekly, but in this regard they are not ideal. It’s doable, but due to the robust construction, not easy, hence only 4 stars. If I was to leave these gates in position I’d give 5 stars. I did have a problem with one of the gates and the customer service I received was outstanding!”

“I'd ordered and paid extra for the 'next day delivery' option. Despite waiting in all day, DPD failed to turn up, and then sent a msg saying 'sorry we missed you'. It was then 3 days later they retried to deliver, finally arriving at 7.30 pm. So the product turned up 4 days late. Not impressed.”
