“This is a well made gate, and it does the job we wanted well. we thought it was a reasonable price for the quality. It does need some care in setting up first time. We cut the cable ties and then realised that the notice that told you not to cut the belt actually meant don't cut the cable ties. But a bit of improvisation got us back on track. To get the gate opening mechanism working properly you have to get the tensions on the screw fittings just right. Overall, a purchase we are very happy with.”

“There aren't many narrow fitting stair/pet gets available but this one is great. Very sturdy and smart looking. Next day delivery as standard and it arrived on Christmas Eve (no delays due to holidays). Very efficient online purchase.”

“I wanted 2 gates to fit my narrow stairs, two different sizes, for when my grandchildren are over. Ideally wanted to put them up and take down weekly, but in this regard they are not ideal. It’s doable, but due to the robust construction, not easy, hence only 4 stars. If I was to leave these gates in position I’d give 5 stars. I did have a problem with one of the gates and the customer service I received was outstanding!”
