“This item was ordered 22nd July, supposedly despatched on the 23rd and was never delivered. I received no further communication but received a refund 13th August! The item was due to be delivered to my daughter in law and I wrongly assumed it had been delivered! It was a present and I was left embarrassed, no surprise the item is now sold out!”
