I do nit feel the quality of the gate is very good. The catch keeps sticking and you need to bang it to get the catch to come out. This is just for a dog so we've kept it but for a child I would have sent it back. It also was scratched.

Not a very good product, was put onto my son’s bedroom, closed it last week when I put my son to bed the gate came straight off & wont fit back on because the catch at the top snapped. Rubbish gate don’t recommend.

Wouldn’t use these people again paid for next day delivery never come ! Customer service useless , stair gate keeps braking as so flimsy no point sending back when you got a customer service like this I have just read the reviews and wow if I see these before purchase I woudnt of even got with this place

Was easy to assemble and good height to keep dog in under stairs during meal times and when out for short periods with new water bowl holder

I would love to write a review, however, the item was never received, and rather than sending a replacement out and then looking into the missing item, I have been left waiting, with no item, and no refund!!
