“Received the product as new but when installed and tried to open the door it seems like a worn or used item (not smooth operating) and is not smooth when opening and closing the lock function. Not happy at all with it but was in desperate need of a gate with 1 year old twins in the house and therefore had to bite the bullet. Overall not very happy with it and wouldn’t recommend it to others on that basis unfortunately. Not sure if the product is like that or if it’s a used worn item.”

“Purchased 3 narrow gates which were delivered within 2 days of ordering, excellent gates which fit perfectly in my narrow door openings, very easy to fit and use at a good price. Brilliant items and service, would highly recommend.”
