“I bought two seats for my twins and both seats are dangerous. The straps consistently twist and do not secure the child, the seats don’t always click into place when turning, and when rear facing, the seatbelt skims the children’s heads. Since purchasing I have seen Which? Reviews that say the seats have failed side impact testing and are not safe. The seats are only a few months old - I would like to speak to a manager about getting a refund as these seats are not fit for purpose and should I be involved in an accident I don’t believe they would keep my children safe.”
