“While I think the product is a great idea and would work, however, what was delivered did not have all required parts - the connection to attach the extension to the gate. When I contacted the company about this there was a bit of back and forth regarding what should have been in the package and how to work, but a screen shot of the instruction video they sent resolved the issue on their end. The company then offered a full refund with no issues.”

“Our granddaughter tries hard to demolish the stair gate unsuccessfully. I am glad I got the extension as without it the gate was at its maximum”
