“Excellent customer service from Alice, good value for money and good quality for the price, in comparison to others! Delivery time is fast, usually always comes the following day if ordered by 2pm, however, this doesn't happen on a bank holiday, due to royal mail having a day off :) Been a regular customer for a while, actually, outstandingly good customer service from Alice :) This company you can actually phone and talk to which is great if website problems :)”

“I have been using them now for nearly three years, and have found them to be excellent for me, in the process of giving up smoking. They are good value for money, and i still feel i am having a cigarette, important to me!!! I have only ever used OK so have no comparison.”
