“This is a strong 18mg compared with others but that's an observation, not a gripe. (I'll be ordering the 12mg next time.) It's a really smooth and silent refill and I'm very pleased. I only wish the refills were available in white or black, as I think most of us 'grow out of' the need for an imitation 'tip' colour quite quickly.”

“Always arrives within a day of buying online, but sometimes odd tip runs out quickly. No way of checking levels so have to assume they are full when they are sent out. I buy 4 packs at a time and use the points after they reach 100. Must be better than the normal cigarettes as my breathing has improved.”
