“Worked well until i charged it for the first time and the battery didnt charge. Contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement, still waiting...”

“Oh, I'm so impressed...I only put my order in yesterday and it arrived this morning. As an experienced vaper of 8 years, I'm sure I should have grown out of the 'cigalike', but since I have no intention of growing out of anything at my age, I'm still happily using this device. It doesn't matter what new invention they come up with, this design has always been a winner. And this is a really good example - simple, clean, good smooth hit, great price, super-fast delivery. I shall go nowhere else now for my batteries and carts. For the future, a blue LED on the smaller battery would be nice, and perhaps a Vanilla flavour cart?Thank you very much to all at OK.”
