“Batteries do not last at all I need to take 3 with me just to get through an 8 hour shift”

Hi Brian, We're sorry to hear about your batteries not lasting long enough for you. Our K1 batteries in the starter kits can last around 300 puffs per charge - this number will of course vary for each vaper. “The batteries no longer last which means going through more refills. Unfortunately after 7 years I’m now looking for a new supplier. Such a shame as these used to be great. I would also like to point out that I use the ok vape charger.”

“I have bought these since I packed in smoking over 8 year ago and never had a problem with them the charge lasted for ages and they used to last me months but over the last 6 month the break after 2 wks . I’ve having to buy multiple ones to have one on charge whist using the other . I’ve tried other vapes and don’t like them . Please sort this problem out”
