“Been purchasing your extra high refills for a long time but over the last few months am finding a least one menthol refill in the pack of 5 happening way to often now”

“I have not received this order so unsure why it says completed. I have also not had any notification from dpd for next day delivery? I am also waiting on a refund from a previous order that took two days longer than it should have and asked that the delivery free be waived and refunded”

Hi Paul, I can see that we issued the refund we promised you on the 23rd March, so you should definitely have received this. I will contact you directly by email so that we can check this out for you. With regards to the missing delivery, I believe you were speaking to my colleague as the tracking stated that it was delivered the next day, so hopefully this is now all sorted for you.
