“I recently purchased some 20mg tobacco flavoured refills, up to now i had been using the vapourlites refills ( when they were in stock ) this was the reason i needed to find a company selling high strength refills, thank goodness i have and a better product it is, the tips last longer and are much cheaper than vapourlites who were constantly running out of things ( tips & batteries ) it would take them over a month to get more, I would and indeed have convinced friends to switch to E cigs, an excellent product at an excellent price,”

Dear Gaynor, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you feel they are not as good as they were. Are you referring to before the reduction in strength? Unfortunately there was nothing we could do about this as we had to reduce them to the new maximum strength limit in line with new regulations so some people may find that there will take some adjustment to the new lower strength.
