“Extra High refills on offer at 25% are a bit hit and miss with regard to how long each refill lasts, much the same as the High refills. Would be much better value at £4.50 permanently as the cost of producing them must be very low, but profits may go down for the company (or would they ? new customers could be attracted, current customers could switch to extra high, meaning more chance of nicotine dependency equals more sales, bigger turnover, but smaller margin and more happy customers. Oh the dilemma of making money !”
