Hello, We're very sorry to hear that your giftbag arrived damaged. I can see from the emails you have sent in regards to this damaged that there was a crease in the tag of the gift bag. As the product has been returned by yourself our team will be issuing a full refund for the bag as soon as it arrives back with us, as well as reimbursing any shipping charges you paid for the return.
