Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. From looking at the image of the cactus it's possible that it may bounce back if left in the sun for a couple of days as it has retained its colour well and is still alive. We would always advise keeping an eye on the cactus for a couple of days and then if its condition doesn't improve we can replace it.
