“Although neat, the handwriting is mediocre and looks like my teenage son wrote it. Not worth the extra message charge at all. Better writing it yourself unless you're unable to.”

Hi Natasha, We are very sorry to hear of the dissapointment caused. We always aim to fulfil and dispatch orders as soon as possible, but sadly can only work with the information provided at checkout. If any information is missing at time of fulfilment we will aim to resolve and ship the order as quickly as possible. Our team have been in touch to resolve this by confirming the message required and the order has since been delivered. We advise Royal Mail 1st class stamp is standard for all custom cards as per our terms of service, however your order was sent via DPD next day on this occasion.
